When will my payment be collected?
Western Union and Money Gram work only on weekdays. After you send us the full payment information, payment is usually collected in 1-3 workdays. Most BTC payments get confirmed instantly. Some BTC payments are usually confirmed within 1 day after you send us details. Bank Transfer payments are usually confirmed within 1-3 workdays after you send us the payment details. Payments from credit cards are confirmed instantly.

I have sent my btc or USDT payment to a wrong wallet address
If you*ve used a different wallet address than provided by us, we will not receive your payment and we will not be able to help you to receive your funds back.
I have sent other cryptocurrency
Currently, we only accept Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20). If you make your payment using a different currency like Bitcoin cash or other chain of USDT like BEP-20, we will not receive your payment and we will not be able to help you to receive your funds back.

How can i pay by Western Union or Money Gram?
1. Visit a local Western Union or Money Gram store and send the funds in person.
2. Fill out the necessary "Send Money" form. If you need assistance ask the agent.
3. Fill out the "Receiver" section with the information in the email sent to you: recipient's name, surname, city and country. No need to fill in any other information.
4. Select the transfer option "money in minutes/10 minutes".
5. You can pay with cash, a bank debit card or credit card.
6. Western Union or Money Gram will charge you a money transfer fee, depending on the amount of money you send.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Western Union or Money Gram are designed for people to send money to family and friends. If the agent will ask you, do not tell him that this is for a business of any kind, tell him it is for a family member or friend!
Western Union or Money Gram are not supposed to be used for business or goods payments from the internet, if they realize that this is for a business, they will stop the transaction.
Do not protect payment with a secret question or secret answer! If you have set a secret question, please inform us about this.
7. Once payment has been sent, press make payment button and fill the following payment information:
- Money Transfer Control Number.
- The amount that has been transferred.
- Sender's full name (first name and surname).
- City
- Currency
- Country (from where the money has been wired).
WARNING:
If you are paying in US dollars, then please be aware that the funds must be made available for pick up in US Dollars only. Please notify the agent to transfer money in US dollars, otherwise, the payment could be declined if it's not in the same currency as you transfer. If you are paying in EUR, make sure the funds are available for pick up in EUR. Please notify the agent to transfer money in EUR, otherwise, the payment could be declined if it's not in the same currency as you transfer. The exchange rate of the Western Union or Money Gram is very poor and you will lose money if it will be set in other currency for picking.
My Western Union or Money Gram payment got canceled
Western Union or Money Gram may cancel and refund a payment for various reasons. In such cases, we will contact you for further instructions. No worries, your payment will not get lost and you will get it refunded.
Can i change the payment method?
You can change the payment method anytime. You don't need to place a new order for this. You only need to send us a message from your order page and we will assist you.
Will you update me when my order is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when you place and submit your order. Please follow the instructions in order confirmation e-mail before making your payment.
